As we expand in Asia, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support our growing presence in Singapore and the region. Role Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing brand campaigns, retail activations, partnerships, and content for the region. You’ll work closely with our global marketing and retail teams to ensure consistent storytelling, customer engagement, and brand alignment across all touchpoints—from in-store events to digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support development and rollout of marketing campaigns for all brands in the Nest Designs Group. Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and media submissions for digital and retail platforms. Manage content calendars for Singapore’s local channels (social, newsletters, retail displays). Collaborate with global and regional teams on product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal storytelling. Assist in planning and execution of in-store events, workshops, pop-ups, and partner activations. Coordinate event logistics, invitations, vendor management, and post-event reporting. Ensure all retail touchpoints reflect current marketing visuals and brand identity. Support collaborations with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to build local brand awareness. Track PR coverage and influencer deliverables; compile reports on reach and engagement. Maintain marketing budget trackers, vendor invoices, and event inventories. Prepare campaign performance summaries and monthly marketing reports. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify). Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with ability to multitask. Creative mindset with understanding of visual storytelling and brand tone. Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams is a plus.
