About This Role

- This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is required.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should also be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible working arrangements, including weekends and public holidays, are necessary for this position.
