Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Director/Co-Founder role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Director/Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in developing and scaling the company, focusing on strategic vision, business growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Define company objectives and strategic direction. Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness. Drive analytical research, identifying market opportunities and industry trends. Build and nurture partnerships, collaborating across functions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company mission and values. Qualifications Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and developing strategies. Excellent communication abilities for internal and external stakeholder engagement and leadership. Experience in sales and marketing to drive growth and brand awareness. Proven research skills for identifying market opportunities and industry trends. Visionary leadership and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Familiarity with AI technologies, compliance standards, or related areas is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability. Experience in startups, product, sales, or fundraising. Passion for education, AI, or social impact. Based in Singapore – Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Residents only. Key Areas of Focus Product Development : Own the roadmap, user experience, and MVP refinement. Sales & Partnerships : Build traction, close deals, and grow our user base. Fundraising : Pitch to investors, apply for grants, and manage financial strategy. This is an equity-based compensation role.
