R&D Scientific Metal Engineer

Job Description:
- Master's degree in Metal Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of industrial R&D experience in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes.
- Vast & concrete experience in metallurgy: alloying (melting, casting), metal treatment and mechanic properties testing, Not only quality testing
- Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication.
- Analytical thinker with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective.
- Expertise in R&D , alloying & scaling up research into industrial-scale applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
