As part of our continuous improvement journey, we are seeking a Corporate Compliance, Quality & ESG Manager to strengthen our governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and environmental, social & governance (ESG) framework. Responsibilities Compliance & Governance Oversee and ensure that outsourced Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) providers carry out their duties in compliance with MOM, BCA, and statutory requirements. Develop, review, and monitor the company’s compliance frameworks, risk governance systems, and internal control processes. Audit and evaluate outsourced safety reports, site inspections, and recommendations to ensure compliance effectiveness. Ensure compliance with ISO, bizSAFE, CONQUAS, and Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS), and other industry standards, including preparation of documentation for regulatory audits and inspections. Lead internal audits, compliance inspections, and investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Provide strategic advice to management on compliance matters, regulatory updates, and industry best practices. Coordinate with external authorities (MOM, BCA, SCAL, NEA, etc.) on compliance and governance matters. Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are implemented effectively. Develop and enforce company-wide policies covering compliance, quality, ESG, and ethical practices. Quality Management Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards. Ensure that project quality objectives are met by aligning processes with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements. Lead quality audits, site inspections, and document reviews to ensure adherence to QMS procedures. Work closely with project teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions for non-conformities. Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met across the value chain. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and cross-departmental collaboration. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and recommend improvement strategies. ESG & Policy Governance Drive, lead, and implement the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives in line with industry sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report ESG performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client expectations and international standards. Engage stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across operations, supply chains, and projects. Lead internal communication, training, and awareness programmes to foster a culture of responsibility, sustainability, and governance excellence. Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide policies across compliance, quality, ESG, and ethical practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental/Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 4 years & above of relevant experience in Safety, Compliance, and Quality Management within the construction industry (main contractor experience preferred). Strong knowledge of WSH Act, BCA regulations, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and bizSAFE framework. Proven track record in managing audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence and build a strong safety and quality culture across teams.
