We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) to join our Building Services team in Singapore. Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) About You We’re looking for someone who loves to learn and share knowledge – someone who can bring a fresh perspective to ensure the development of the people around them and who constantly seeks better practice for the overall quality of our work and our client experience. Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects with the team. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible to: Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance KEY REQUIREMENTS Degree in a Mechanical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage) At least 5 years experiences in consulting firm Leading roles experience in ventilation & air-conditioning (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage) design & design management of commercial, healthcare or school projects will be an advantage Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English Able to work independently & exercise initiative Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives A team, client and delivery focused working style Job Highlights Career Advancement Medical & Telecommunication Allowance AWS & Variable Bonus Ready to make a move?
