Job Title: Up to 3k Patient Service Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and Scheduling: Register and schedule appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist doctors with administrative tasks and simple procedures as needed.
- Patient Enquiries: Manage email, phone, and upfront enquiries from patients, responding promptly to their queries.
- Cashiering Duties: Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Chaperone Assistance: Provide chaperone assistance to patients when required.
Requirements:
- On-the-job Training Provided: On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
- Qualifications: A NITEC or Diploma in any field is preferred.
