Singapore KMC O&M PTE. LTD. Full time

Job Responsibilities
Coordinating all O&M and plant outage activities to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Power Station.
Supporting and liaising with relevant Asset/Operation departments for long-term power station turnaround planning.
Assisting in implementing modern O&M practices, tools, and techniques for safe, reliable, and efficient Power Station operation.
Fully developing and utilizing the CMMS for efficient and effective O&M planning practice and coordination with service providers for license management, backup, individual account management, and software upgrades.
Utilizing the CMMS to ensure all O&M activities and experiences are recorded to comply with Station, legislative, and company policy requirements.
Assisting in implementing all HSE practices and a Quality Management System as applied to the Power Station.
Performing reviews on maintenance plans, monthly maintenance reports, and consolidation of planned and unplanned outage reports.
Reviewing the completeness and organizing the filing of departmental documentation.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by power plant management.
Providing close and constant liaison between operations and maintenance through the individual coordinators.
Providing data expert analysis and advice on maintenance/operations performance.
Responsible for tracking and safe keeping of the necessary documentation of “Management of Change” and ensuring the process is closed and updated in CMMS & O&M manuals accordingly.
Preferably experienced with MAXIMO, SAP, PREMAVERA, and Microsoft Project.
Organizing meetings with 3rd party vendors & MMA (Major Maintenance Agreement) meetings.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma graduate in a relevant engineering field.
Knowledge of operation and maintenance activities of Combined Cycle Power Plant.
Knowledge of project management and resource planning.
Knowledge in maintaining maintenance records in CMMS.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Power Plant Maintenance, ideally on a CCPP (any manufacturing industry).
Experience in the technical aspects of Power Plant operation and maintenance.
The post holder shall be medically fit and able to undertake the duties of the post and any additional duties as detailed in the Power Station Emergency Response Plan.
Familiarity with plant availability, plant reliability, work order performance, and outage duration.
Administrator for Power Station CMMS system.
Ability to work in all areas of the plant site (both indoor & outdoor environment).#J-18808-Ljbffr
