Responsibilities Manage customer accounts as the main point of contact and build strong, lasting relationships. Identify and secure sales opportunities for retrofit projects (HVAC/ACMV upgrades) and service contract maintenance. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-up with customers. Conduct site surveys, equipment sizing/selection, and coordinate with technical and operations teams for project delivery. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors, prepare costing sheets, and ensure projects/contracts are delivered within budget and timelines. Provide market insights, organize service reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous support. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building, or related field. Min 1–3 years of sales experience in HVAC/ACMV industry (knowledge of HVAC and Chiller Plant systems required). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and commercial contracting. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
