We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to support ServiceNow development, operations, and administration, helping optimize business processes using best practices and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis : Gather requirements from business users, translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Process Development : Build, test, and deliver solutions on ServiceNow to meet business needs. Participate in testing and lifecycle management. Documentation & Communication : Create documentation and communicate with business users on project delivery and updates. Required Skills & Knowledge Technical : Deep experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and end-to-end platform solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, best practices, and common integrations (e.g., Okta, JIRA, AWS). People & Management : Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects. Strong communicator, team player, and problem-solver. Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer. 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in designing and developing on ServiceNow.
