Job Description & Requirement:
The Consultant is primarily responsible for providing business solutions and specialized in FICO and SAP Solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP Solutions into the client’s business environment in order to achieve the client expected business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advise the team member about Industry/ Business Best Practices
Carry out requirements gathering
Provide consulting services to internal/ external teams based on expertise and experience to address client needs
Identify, advise and translate the business requirement into the implementable design and meet defined customer needs, adhering to corporate standards & direction within constraints of cost, security and sustainability
Advise or carry out testing, including planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting of tests using appropriate techniques that conform to agreed project standards
Advise or carry out training, including planning, designing, managing, executing of Training
Facilitate logical integration testing with other related SAP modules and interfaces to verify end-to-end business process
Prepare and conduct project handover to the Support Consultant
Assist in architecting a solution for positioning consulting services to an external customer or Internal affiliate partner
Key Accountabilities:
Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP FICO. This role uses consulting skills and industry/ business knowledge.
Qualifications:
3 - 8 years of SAP implementation experience, within multiple end-to-end implementations (around 2 large projects or 4-10 medium projects)
3 - 8 years’ experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, and banking interfaces (two ways). Strong integration knowledge on OTC and P2 P processes. Strong experience in account determination and business models of intercompany transactions
3-8 years’ experience in CO-PA, CO-PCA, Cost Center, Project Accounting, and Internal Order accounting. 2-4 projects with product costing experience
SAP IDOC design, testing, and processing experience
Experience in implementing using ASAP methodology, i.e., Blueprint (including detailed design), Realization (including configuration, testing, data migration, training), Final Prep & Cutover
Experience in running workshops and facilitation
Strong documentation experience (especially functional specifications)
Strong issues resolution experience
Able to work in a team and independently
Take full ownership and responsibility for the stream deliverables, including integration points with other modules and teams
Knowledge or experience in S/4 HANA Enterprise Management is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
