The Role As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of our customer acquisition and engagement engine. You are a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketer who thrives on building brands from the ground up. Your primary mission will be to develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy that increases brand awareness, drives qualified leads for our weekly group classes, and fosters a loyal community. You will own the entire funnel—from crafting our brand\'s visual identity on Instagram to launching and optimizing high-converting paid ads, and seamlessly handing off leads to our automated onboarding system. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves connecting creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive real business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy: Develop and own GClass's brand voice, identity, and narrative across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our core values. Lead our Instagram content strategy from concept to execution, creating engaging, high-quality content (Reels, Stories, Posts) that showcases the GClass experience and builds a dedicated following. Craft compelling copy and visual assets that resonate with our target audience and communicate the unique value of our group classes. Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social media campaigns (primarily Meta/Instagram) to drive lead generation for weekly classes. Manage, test, and scale our Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube, Display) to capture high-intent users. Set up robust tracking and analytics to monitor campaign performance, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and other key metrics. Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and efficiency. Growth Channel Expansion & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate new, relevant marketing channels (e.g., TikTok, partnerships, influencer collaborations, email marketing) to diversify our growth levers. Develop and propose data-backed strategies to test and scale new channels, taking a test-and-learn approach to fuel expansion. Funnel Optimization & Marketing-Tech Alignment: Work in synergy with our CRM and lead management platform to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing campaigns to personalized customer communication. Provide insights to improve the automated customer onboarding flow, from initial contact to first-class scheduling and community chat integration, aiming to reduce friction and increase conversion rates. Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-off points and implement solutions to improve the overall customer acquisition lifecycle. Qualifications & Must-Have Skills Proven experience (2+ years) in a growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing role with a strong portfolio of results. Expertise in managing and scaling paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a deep understanding of its ad platform and analytics. Hands-on experience in content creation for Instagram, including proficiency with graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools for creating engaging Reels and Stories. Data-obsessed with strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets to derive insights and report on ROI. A strategic mindset with the ability to not just execute campaigns, but to develop the "why" behind them and own the growth strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Google Ads (Search, YouTube). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Basic understanding of UX/CX principles to improve the lead-to-customer journey. Experience in a service-based, community-driven, or fitness/wellness business.
