Job Summary: The Business Development Manager - Integrated Services is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic opportunities across integrated service offerings. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing new markets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Integrated Facilities Management sector. Develop strategies to expand existing client accounts and penetrate new markets. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients. Recommend and tailor innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the company as a trusted advisor. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and solution delivery. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Develop actionable business strategies in line with company goals. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to clients. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget. Monitor project execution and resolve any client-related issues. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on business development performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the services sector (e.g., cleaning, IFM, engineering, landscaping, pest control). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Independent, self-driven, and results-focused with minimal supervision. Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
