We are looking for an Innovation Project Lead responsible for leading and executing innovation projects focused on sustainable development, circular economy, and low-carbon solutions.The successful candidate will drive projects from ideation up to implementation phases, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. The projects could include:Ø Using design thinking to design circular economy solutionsØ Organizing the structuring of carbon credit mechanisms for customersØ Development and validation of new HVAC solutionØ Delivery of a proof of concept of circular economy loop in railway sectorResponsibilities: Strategic Planning & Scoping• Identify innovation opportunities aligned with company strategy and market trends.• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.• Develop business cases and secure stakeholder buy-inProject Leadership & Management• Lead innovation projects• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners• Report progress, insights, and results to leadershipProject Execution• Conduct market studies, customer interviews, and partner identification• Facilitate design thinking workshops and technical feasibility assessments• Analyze regulatory contexts (e.g., carbon finance, waste management)• Oversee lab testing and MVP development• Perform financial analysis and develop business plans• Ensure delivery of key milestones confirming: Customer desirability / Technical Feasibility and Market accessibilityInnovation Phase Transition• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for next-phase projects• Prepare and submit documentation for phase transition approvalDeliverables• Updated project dashboards (planning, budget, risks, deliverables)• Project-specific outputs and documentation• Regular presentations to internal and external stakeholdersMandatory Experience: • Proven experience in innovation project management• Familiarity with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup)• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities• Experience in sustainability or railway projects is a plus• Previous experience as an intrapreneur is valued
