Conduct structured training programs for new and existing staff, covering facial treatments, wellness/body therapies, and retail beauty services. Participate in the research and development (R&D) of wellness and beauty treatments, and assist in formulating new treatment protocols and standards. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Evaluate staff performance and offer continuous support and development. Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques. Deliver on-site training and support across various store locations. Job Requirements: Candidate with TCM related qualification will have added advantage. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate and train Mandarin-speaking staff using at least basic Mandarin.
