  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online & On Prem.
  • Good experience in Customer Service and Sales module.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
  • Good experience on PCF, Data verse Configuration, Java Script, Type script, Plugins/Custom Workflows, Power Automate D365 Application Development and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering.
  • Ability to code to demonstrate product capability, POC or showcase leverage of features , best practices , patterns etc.
  • Maintain & contribute towards technical solutions, technical best practices, and design/coding guidelines/standards.
