Job Scope Operate and use various inspection equipment based on operational specifications, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI ) equipment. Specialized Tool Proficiency: Experience with common dimensional inspection tools such as Hexagon CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), OMMs (Optical Measuring Machines), as well as surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters. Provide on-site support by referencing MQE (Manufacturing Quality Engineering) data, specifications, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) guidelines, and MSOP (Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures). Analyze inspection results to determine the proportion of defects and their potential root causes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with quality inspection equipment. Requirement Software: CAD and Microsoft Office. Proactive attitude with good communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including multinational teams. B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder. Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
