Manager / Senior Manager (ISO IMS)Act as Inhouse Resource as Subject Matter Expert Review adequacy and compliance of ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) documents against relevant management standards Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementing of ISO Management Systems Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management systems including Corrective Action, Continuous Improvement, etc Implement Internal Audits / Management Review Plan, schedule and coordinate Internal Audits and Management Reviews of the ISO IMS As Inhouse Trainer on ISO IMS Also work with training providers to conduct ISO IMS standards, including revisions and updates to the standards Other duties as assigned from time-to-time based on job requirements Requirements Possess Recognized Degree preferably in Engineering Have at least 3 years of audit experience MUST be a registered Auditor/Lead Auditor Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. Quality Management System - ISO 9001, Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, OH&S Management System - ISO 45001 etc)Familiar with Process Improvement Tools (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone etc)#J-18808-Ljbffr
