You will identify trends and provide insights to help the Company and our distributors grow through effective report automation and performance dashboarding. You will also support distribution channels in developing and evaluating effective schemes to drive overall productivity and performance.The role is positioned within the Distribution Business Management (DBM) team, which will expose you to the numbers and results that ultimately drive the business – an unbeatable insight into the engine room of the PACS distribution function.**Job Description:*** Timely delivery of insightful daily / monthly / quarterly / annual performance dashboards, insights, forecast and reports for the management team, distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.* Understand broader strategic direction and formulate plans to satisfy business needs, goals and objectives to support distribution channels (One Agency)* Support the distribution channels in the analysis of compensation related matters, including seller and customer campaigns and schemes, including end-to-end process from governance to approval.* Drive the pursuit of report dashboarding and automation to achieve operational efficiency gains through building of required platforms especially showing synergies between sales and compensation data.
