Paralegal/ Legal Consultant (Legal & Company Secretarial) - Fortune 500
Join to apply for the Paralegal/ Legal Consultant (Legal & Company Secretarial) role at Axiom. We are seeking a paralegal/junior lawyer with company secretarial experience to support our global clients including Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
Assisting and working closely with in-house legal teams to execute a range of company secretarial and legal/administrative matters
Provide support on legal matters and ad hoc legal tasks as required
Incorporation and deregistration of companies / subsidiaries along with changes in shareholders / directors where required
Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder / board meetings
Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
3-8 years of experience as a paralegal / 1-4 PQE qualified lawyers with minimum 2 years of company secretarial experience. Applications from company secretaries with legal background are also welcomed
