Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Systems Specialist to ensure the operational reliability of various security, mechanical, and electrical systems.

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of security, mechanical, and electrical systems to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnosing and resolving system faults and breakdowns with a focus on safety, minimal downtime, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conducting predictive and preventive maintenance to identify and address equipment malfunctions or defects in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring timely updates on repair status and completed works.
  • Responding to and managing operational and maintenance issues to minimize disruption to site operations and ensure business continuity.

This role involves providing on-site support for basic traffic management and collaborating with project teams to ensure that works are executed according to schedule and comply with relevant technical and safety requirements. Additionally, this position requires upholding good housekeeping practices at work sites and providing technical and maintenance support to the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline, with a minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems. Strong knowledge in security systems and infrastructure is an advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system faults and breakdowns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
