About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Help Desk IT Support to join our team at Aptsys Technology Solutions Pte Ltd. As a full-time position based in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our clients. What you'll be doing Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests from users in a timely and efficient manner Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Provide step‐by‐step guidance and training to users on the operation of various IT systems and applications Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution Maintain detailed records of all support activities and incidents Continuously improve IT support processes and procedures to enhance the user experience What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users at all levels Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and network technologies Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‐paced environment Diploma in Information Technology or a related field What we offer At Aptsys Technology Solutions, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
