Join to apply for the Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Finance (Fixed Asset Management)role at Changi Airport Group . As a key member of the Capital Asset Management team, you will be responsible for fixed asset accounting and reporting, which includes timely and accurate capitalisation of assets and disposal of fixed assets. You will assist with identifying qualifying or non‐qualifying assets for tax purposes to maximise capital allowances. You will be in charge of month/year‐end closing and reporting schedules such as capital expenditure (CAPEX) accruals and reconciliation of sub‐ledger to general ledger, and be involved in annual fixed asset sighting. You will support major development projects for CAPEX matters, review contracts for cost allocation for asset capitalisation, and assist managers on multi‐year depreciation projections. You will also participate in annual CAPEX budgeting, automation and process‐improvement projects, including end‐to‐end review for asset accounting alongside our finance transformation journey. These projects may require use of Microsoft Power tools and RPA. Requirements Degree in Accountancy, or an equivalent professional qualification. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply. Analytical, detail‐oriented, resourceful and independent. Excellent written and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Hands‐on knowledge in SAP and low‐code / business analytics tools (e.g. RPA, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI) is preferred. This is a 3‐year contract position with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role, subject to the individual's performance and availability at the end of the contract.
