Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Brief Overview:

  • Only open to Singaporean nationals.
  • A competitive salary of up to SGD 3000, commensurate with experience.
  • Prior experience with AWS and VB is required.
  • This role offers opportunities for overtime work.
  • The standard working hours are 5 days a week, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • The work location is at Pioneer, with company-provided transportation.
  • This position provides excellent learning opportunities, including a traineeship during the probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • To follow strict quality control protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • To collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and improve systems.
  • To document testing procedures and results accurately.
  • To maintain a safe working environment and keep the area well-organized.
  • To conduct wafer and die testing, as well as die sorting, according to scheduled plans.
  • To adhere to rigorous 6S standards within the fabrication environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fabrication setting.
  • A team player with hands-on experience and a growth mindset, eager to learn.
  • A manufacturing background is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a foundry or cleanroom environment is an asset.
  • Candidates must be open to working exclusively with Singaporean applicants.
