Actualisé le 14 août 2025 Manager confirmé , vous possédez un important réseau dans le Retail de Singapour. Bilingue Français + Anglais, le chinois mandarin et/ou le malais serait un plus. Basé à Singapour, vous êtes chargé de développer le chiffre d'affaires et le réseau de vente. Responsable de la performance, vous garantissez les actions commerciales et les objectifs définis. Vous négociez avec des décideurs stratégiques, en veillant à fidéliser les clients et conclure avec les prospects. La prospection, la négociation, le suivi des KPI, le plan d'action commerciale, les objectifs de vente font partie de votre quotidien. Activités principales Définir avec la Présidence et le Marketing Groupe le plan annuel d'action commerciale, la politique tarifaire, les objectifs de vente qualitatifs et quantitatifs, les marges, les prévisionnels mensuels et trimestriels, les cibles prioritaires, les incentives, et le budget commercial. Analyser les données du marché local à Singapour. Proposer des solutions pour optimiser la gamme commerciale et les processus de vente. Connaître ou être introduit dans la grande distribution de Singapour pour développer les comptes clés. Profil Basé à Singapour Formation Bac +5, Master en commerce, marketing ou domaines liés Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle similaire Bilingue Français + Anglais, Mandarin ou Malais serait un plus Compétences requises Maîtrise des techniques de vente, négociation, prospection Bonnes pratiques de management Connaissances en gestion (budget, comptabilité) Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM Bonne culture d'Internet et ses outils Aptitudes professionnelles Leadership, rigueur, organisation Réactivité, disponibilité, adaptabilité Ténacité, qualités relationnelles, pédagogie Sens de l'argumentation, dynamisme, force de proposition Sens du service, capacités managériales, esprit d'équipe Conditions Type de contrat : CDI Durée du travail : 39H/semaine, travail en journée Salaire brut annuel : 120,000 à 150,000 Euros, primes, intéressement/participation Déplacements ponctuels Profil souhaité 10 ans d'expérience indispensable Bac+5 ou équivalent en commerce Compétences Analyser, exploiter, structurer des données Concevoir et piloter une gestion des ressources humaines Définir la stratégie financière Anglais indispensable, Mandarin souhaité Savoir-être Leadership, rigueur, organisation Informations complémentaires Secteur : Conseil en affaires et gestion #J-18808-Ljbffr
