Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure performance and observability tools in enterprise environments Collaborate with clients to design effective monitoring solutions across various platforms and applications Interpret code written in Java or .NET to assist in performance optimization Support operating systems and infrastructure layers (Linux, Windows, Disk, Network, NAS, SAN)Work closely with internal teams and customers to drive solution adoption and ensure technical success Provide mentorship and technical guidance to internal teams and end-users Utilize AIOps and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog, ScienceLogic) for analytics and automation initiatives Skills & Requirements: 5+ years of relevant IT experience including enterprise deployments, software configuration, or application support Solid understanding of full-stack environments such as J2EE, LAMP, or Microsoft stacks Familiarity with App Performance Monitoring (APM) tools – direct experience with AppDynamics or equivalents is a strong advantage Understanding of systems architecture including OS, storage, networking, and virtualization Strong communication skills – able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, presales, or consulting Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)Must be Singaporean due to project clearance requirements for public sector clients Why This Opportunity?Work with a globally recognized enterprise platform (name confidential)Get hands-on with emerging tools in performance monitoring and AIOps Be involved in high-impact client projects across sectors including public service, finance, and tech Join a collaborative, innovation-driven environment with long-term career growth potential Salary: SGD12k Per Month #J-18808-Ljbffr
