What You Will Be Doing Feature Development: Design and implement innovative features with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and lasting product impact. Requirement Engineering: Work with the product team to refine requirements and lead technical discussions to align features with product objectives. Operations and Maintenance: Ensure product stability by monitoring, tuning performance, and proactively resolving issues. Technical Design: Make crucial technical decisions that directly affect user experiences and product scalability. What You Won't Be Doing Jumping between short‐lived projects or chasing the latest tech trends without purpose. Engaging in internal IT systems or outsourced projects that lack real‐world user impact. Being bogged down by endless meetings or mundane infrastructure problems. Basic Requirements A minimum of 1 year in full‐stack development, handling both front and backend features. At least 2 years as the main technical contributor for a SaaS product, making strategic technical choices. A minimum of 4 years of experience working on genuine SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects. Familiarity with using generative AI in everyday development tasks.
