Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Interior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and creativity on high-profile projects. You will oversee every aspect of project development from concept and space planning to presentation, ensuring top-notch results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, identify design needs, and create accurate layout plans while selecting suitable materials.
  • Proactively gather external references to enhance creative solutions and collaborate with the design team to develop innovative ideas.
  • Develop and submit timely design proposals for projects, showcasing a deep understanding of materials and their applications.
  • Ensure successful project completion within agreed timelines by effectively managing project communication with clients, construction teams, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders to produce concept designs, space plans, and presentations.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both written and oral communication, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong persuasive and influential skills are required to negotiate the best value from vendors.
  • A passion for design, responsiveness, and proactivity are key attributes for success in this role.
