This role is primarily focused on coordination, stakeholder alignment, and requirement gathering. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with buyers and technical teams. Candidate should have experience working in Agile environments and be comfortable supporting sprint activities and ceremonies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates and actions. Align with buyers to understand their needs and expectations. Gather build requirements and translate them into actionable next steps. Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Track progress using Agile tools and ensure sprint goals are met. Maintain documentation and support reporting for ongoing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Required Skills Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with sprint planning and backlog grooming. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Prior experience in stakeholder coordination or project support roles. Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
