About The Team Shopee's NDRE (Network Development and Reliability Engineering) team manages the network infrastructure for Shopee and Monee. Our goal is to ensure network stability, availability, and manageability through software development and standard processes. Job Description Monitor Shopee & Monee's backbone, data center, and related networks. Detect, notify, locate, and resolve network faults promptly. Design and implement network architecture optimizations. Improve network visibility via process refinement. Maintain databases of network devices, links, and configurations. Automate network alerts and notifications using software tools. Requirements Network automation mindset. Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS VPN/TE, QoS, IPsec, and similar protocols. Experience with Cisco, Arista, Huawei, or other major network vendors. Good communication skills and team adaptability. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Hands-on scripting experience with Python or Shell. Preferred Skills Traffic analysis and network risk management experience. Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or ASA firewalls. Advanced Cisco or Huawei certifications. Large ISP Network Tech Ops experience. Net-Devops experience.
