They are also responsible for the helper's welfare and accommodation before placement and for facilitating a good employer-helper relationship by handling queries and concerns.Key responsibilities Interview and screen potential domestic helpers and employers. Verify the helper's documents, background, and references. Manage customer queries via phone, email, or walk-in. Job matching: Match helpers to families based on the employer's specific needs and requirements. Facilitate the signing of employment contracts. Documentation and legal compliance: Handle all paperwork for the Work Permit application and renewal. Ensure the helper is legally eligible to work in Singapore. Manage and maintain biodata records. Helper welfare and support: Provide accommodation, meals, and maintenance for the helper from their arrival until placement or repatriation. Assist in resolving issues and disputes that may arise between the employer and the helper. Offer after-sales support, such as guidance on legal requirements and best practices. Business operations: Handle administrative and clerical tasks, including financial transactions and record-keeping.
