Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors. Arrange light snacks and refreshments during meetings or events. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in pantry areas, office fridges, countertops, sinks, tables, and appliances. Wash, dry, and properly store cups, glasses, plates, and utensils. Ensure the pantry is consistently tidy and well‐organized. Monitor stock levels of pantry supplies and notify appropriate personnel for replenishment. Receive and arrange deliveries of pantry supplies. Set up refreshments for meetings, conferences, or office events. Assist in clearing up and cleaning after meetings and events. Perform simple errands such as mailing items or purchasing additional supplies from nearby shops. Requirements: Friendly and polite demeanor. Committed and responsible, with the ability to work independently. Capability to follow instructions effectively.
