Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients.

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or requests via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Interact with customers to offer information in response to queries and to address and resolve complaints.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through positive customer interactions after every contact.
  • Communicate responses clearly, professionally, timely, and concisely.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and resources to provide clients with requested services.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least 1 year of Call Centre/Hospitality experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Customer service oriented, result driven & good team player.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays.
