What We Look For We have a rigorous selection process and require: A minimum master's degree in psychology or counselling from a recognised university Peak body membership , preferably, an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership Minimum 2years of relevant work experience conducting one-on-one therapy as a mental health therapist Alignment with TYHO values: You are non-judgemental, empathetic in interactions with clients, and sensitive to diverse backgrounds (eg sexual orientations, cultural identities, or language abilities).
