Responsibilities DC Operations Management: Ensure incidents are responded to and attended, or escalated for 2nd/3rd level resolution based on criticality, impact and SLA Lead BCP exercises and act as the first level incident responder Customer request fulfilment and system management (e.g., Electronic Visitation Management System)Remote Hand support for media management, visual inspection, reboot devices, staging room tasks, physical connect/disconnect of HDDs, network cable connectivity tests, and insertion of fire SFPs Manage equipment movement, asset tagging, labeling and tracking Perform shift duties to support 24x7 DC Operations DC Facilities Management Monitor DC facilities infrastructure to ensure normal operation upstream and downstream (e.g., UPS, power, temperature control, humidity, water detection)Ensure Environment Monitoring System (EMS), Access Control Systems, and Electronic Visitation Management System function properly Update and maintain all DC-related documentation, including reports Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide timely support to customers Adhere to SOPs, MOPs, ERP procedures, and the formal change control process Coordinate maintenance and shutdowns (e.g., working with vendors for electrical and mechanical DC systems)Incident / Change / Customer Management And Other Requirements Manage incidents and closures, including root cause analysis Raise necessary requests (e.g., Change Requests or notifications) to customers as part of service maintenance Liaise with internal and external customers to meet contractual service level agreements Perform duties such as access clearance and participate in projects as required Skills For Success Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, Information & Digital Technologies; or technical education (e.g., ITE) with relevant 5 years of experience managing 24x7 DC Operations Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection, building management systems, equipment maintenance, and critical facilities environment Good communication and people management skills Team player who can also work independently Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; well organized with the ability to reschedule priorities Strong verbal and written communication; analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and proactive approach Rewards that Go Beyond Flexible work arrangements Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Ongoing training and development programs Internal mobility opportunities Your Career Growth Starts Here.
