As a Laboratory Technician Intern , you'll work alongside our expert scientists, developing and validating molecular assays that drive groundbreaking discoveries in skin microbiome research.This isn't your typical internship-expect to get hands-on with real science, real impact, and real growth. What You'll Be Doing • Aseptic Sampling - Master aseptic techniques to ensure sample integrity while adhering to strict time and temperature guidelines.• Laboratory Operations - Maintain lab spaces, prepare reagents, and assist in daily lab functions to keep things running smoothly.• Quality Control & Assurance - Follow industry-best practices and compliance protocols to uphold our high standards.• Equipment & Facility Maintenance - Ensure laboratory tools and machines are in top shape for precise, reliable results.• Safety First - Uphold all health and safety standards, because great science happens in a secure environment.• Continuous Improvement - Bring fresh ideas to refine processes and enhance lab efficiency.Who We're Looking For We're seeking an eager, curious mind with a passion for molecular biology and microbiology.
