We are Urgently Looking for a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for our ClientThe Sales Support will be responsible for assisting sales team with preparing Sales Orders, handling customer enquiries, administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth sales process, ultimately supporting the sales team's efforts to achieve their targets. Below are the details of the key responsibilities, skills and qualifications.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Administrative Support: • Processing sales orders and invoices.• Managing customer accounts and records.• Creating SO in Zoho CRM system and coordinating with agents/ ship managers to arrange service attendance of engineers and supply of goods.• Coordinating with the billing team to close the SO and issue invoice to customers with close collaboration of sales and logistics team.• Customer Service: • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Liaise with customers to resolve scheduling conflicts, change of pricing etc. Process order entry, communicate with customer on order confirmation, product availability, pricing, credit status, shipping schedule and ensure potential bookings are secured.• Providing product information and support.• Ensuring timely delivery of products or services.• Skills and Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Attention to detail and accuracy• Problem-solving skills• Customer service orientated-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1.
