Manager, Private Assets Services (AIA Investment Management)Join us as Manager, Private Assets Services at AIA Investment Management. AIA is significantly increasing its exposure to private assets and is designing and implementing the infrastructure and support needed to service this increased scale and complexity. We are looking for a Manager to be part of the team with responsibility for managing and overseeing the operational support functions for AIAIM's private investments. Overview About The Role: You will contribute to the operational management of private asset investments, working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing and reporting. Responsibilities Ensure operational functions for private asset investments are performed on a timely and accurate basis, including but not limited to: Process and manage capital call and distribution notices from GPs. Compute, monitor and communicate funding requirements of portfolios and funds, including credit facilities, to enable timely downstream of funds and capital calls. End-to-end transaction management for new investments. Ensure proper record-keeping of private asset transactions in Portfolio Management Systems. Handle new investments setup in Portfolio Management Systems. Participate in investor onboarding activities such as customer KYC, subscription forms, commitment agreements and FATCA/CRS declarations.
