Role Description Pre- and post-sales design, configuration, and technical support for wireless, network, and network security solutions Detailed network design for data centres, core, distribution, and edge networks, network security, and Wi‐Fi Perform site surveys and proof-of-concept (POC) testing for customers when required Installation, configuration, commissioning, and technical support for wireless, networking, and firewall solutions Plan improvements and propose solutions to reduce network faults Plan, prioritise, and execute scheduled network maintenance to support network growth and address software/hardware defects Proactively manage and monitor networks to ensure optimal performance Improve service levels through design enhancements, monitoring improvements, and capacity management Monitor and resolve network-related issues Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for wireless, networking, and security, and incorporating them into new products for sales Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support Qualifications Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems from a recognised institution In‐depth knowledge of wireless, router, and switch architectures Minimum 3 years of hands‐on experience in network design, technical configuration, and troubleshooting of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba data centre switches, wireless solutions, and Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls HCIE (Huawei) or CCIE (Cisco) certification is mandatory Experience in the design and configuration of Cisco Nexus switches and ACI is a plus Strong project management, configuration, and troubleshooting skills Good customer interaction, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work with all levels of staff and contribute effectively both individually and as part of a team Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at EmiNET by 2x Get notified about new Senior Network Engineer jobs in Singapore . #J-18808-Ljbffr
