Anupama Hospital located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Anaesthesia Doctor to join our team. This role involves supporting critical care patients in the ICU, administering anaesthesia during surgical procedures, and mentoring medical officers and nurses in anaesthesia practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in anaesthesia and critical care, combined with strong leadership and teaching abilities.Key Responsibilities: Critical Care Support: Provide expert anaesthesia and sedation management for ICU patients, ensuring optimal care and monitoring throughout their stay. Anaesthesia Administration: Administer anaesthesia for a range of surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and effective pain management. Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments, develop individualized anaesthesia plans, and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Mentorship: Mentor and train duty medical officers and nurses in anaesthesia practices, providing guidance on techniques, protocols, and patient care. Facilitate learning opportunities and support professional development. Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve the best patient outcomes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
