Are you passionate about the world of consumer brands - from household FMCG names to disruptive D2C startups? Do you thrive on building relationships and making quality placements that help brands grow?
We're looking for a driven and commercially-minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Consumer Desk, where we partner with some of the most exciting names across FMCG, retail, lifestyle, and consumer tech.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across roles in marketing, eCommerce, sales, digital, operations, and product
  • Building strong relationships with brand and talent leaders at top consumer businesses - from global giants to emerging challengers
  • Proactively sourcing, headhunting, and pipelining top talent across the consumer space
  • Writing compelling job briefs and managing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Staying on top of trends in branding, consumer behaviour, and the talent landscape
  • Delivering a consultative service to clients and candidates alike
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within consumer or a fast-paced commercial desk
  • OR a background in marketing, sales, retail, or brand-led industries with a passion for talent
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets
  • An interest in consumer brands, innovation, and market trends
