We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. Responsibilities: Optimize and expand distribution channels in line with the 3-year regional plan. Build and manage relationships with key distributors and retailers, ensuring performance in sales and collections. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets. Develop growth strategies through geographic expansion and crop additions, in consultation with the marketing/business/HQ team. Increase product awareness via field demonstrations and marketing initiatives. Qualification: Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or related field. Proven experience managing a team of 8+ sales personnel with a track record of results. Strong understanding of the agri-input distribution channels in Tamil Nadu & Kerala. No history of bad debts or unresolved issues; good market reputation. 12+ years in Sales & Marketing within specialty crop nutrition, fertilizer, or crop protection. Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam; strong English skills for reporting and presentations. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of working independently.
