SALARY will depend on:
1) No. of years of experience in the childcare industry
POSITION:
Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on experience
Located in Tampines (walking distance to MRT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths, and provide regular feedback for professional development.
Collaborate with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
Respond to parents' inquiries and feedback.
Familiar with ECDA CMS for children's enrollment and subsidy applications.
Align centre's standards with SPARKS requirements.
Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager.
Work independently and closely with management.
Actively participate in the enrollment of children.
Conduct regular meetings with teachers.
Bilingual in English and Chinese.
