Functional / Technical Role Lead and manage a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT stream. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions across multiple streams. Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and progress. Organize workshops to gather business requirements and present solutions. Coordinate training and rollout of changes to business users. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders on project management and governance topics. Skills & Requirements Technical and Functional Domain Expertise: Strong experience in Private Wealth Management . Knowledge of Temenos banking products (preferred). Banking background is a strong plus. Project Management & Agile Methodologies: Expert in Project Management with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodology . Strong ability to manage budgets, execution, and forecasting within the functional area. Proficiency in project tracking and planning tools like JIRA, Confluence . Leadership & Communication: Minimum 35 years of experience leading an IT team . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams . Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive effective decision-making. Personal & Social Skills Strong work ethics and ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills . A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Systematic and detail-oriented in project execution. Ability to lead teams effectively across locations .
