At the heart of our work lies Motivation Engineering – a proprietary consulting methodology developed in Japan and now gaining traction across Southeast Asia. As a founding team member , you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our local presence, co-create new solutions, and partner directly with HR leaders and executives. Drive Market Expansion Identify new B2B prospects across Singapore and the region Initiate conversations through events, outreach, and digital engagement Build lasting client relationships that lead to impact and retention 2. Deliver Tailored Consulting Solutions Analyze client challenges using our Motivation Engineering tools Co-create strategies to improve engagement, retention, and culture Facilitate workshops, trainings, and diagnostic sessions 3. Collaborate & Build Work closely with internal teams across Japan and Singapore Contribute to shaping our brand, offerings, and thought leadership Be part of a small, agile, and collaborative core team 4. Ensure Operational Excellence Take the initiative to improve internal processes Manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting Help establish foundational systems during our early-stage growth Who You Are Bilingual & Culturally Fluent ↳ Conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher; certification not required)↳Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred (many client HRs are Mandarin speakers)Strong communicator – comfortable with both empathy and direct feedback Naturally curious, adaptable, and motivated by purpose Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Prior experience in consulting, HR, or B2B client service is a plus (not mandatory)What We Offer Salary : SGD 5,000–6,500 (negotiable based on experience)Bonus : Performance-based quarterly bonus starting after 1 year Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (office-based)Support : Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Ready to Create Real Change?Submit your resume and a short cover letter sharing why you're excited about this role.
