Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our team. This role will involve implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting internal and external audits.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
    • To conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • To manage and coordinate external audits, including certification audits by Civil Aviation authorities.
    • To investigate incidents and accidents, and to take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
    • To assist in the development and implementation of quality and safety management procedures.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum diploma in aerospace engineering or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in quality management in the aerospace industry.
    • Qualifications as a certified auditor.
