About the Role
A senior finance professional is required to drive strategic financial planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, monitoring budget performance, and developing financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with ministry leaders.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely submission of tax filings and statutory declarations.
  • Develop, implement, and review financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage the church's insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide secretariat support to the Finance Committee and Investment Committee.
