Logistic & Admin Executive:

  • Manage and process customer orders from start to finish
  • Coordinate with freight agents, transporters, and carriers to ensure smooth operations
  • Update and track inventory movement using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Prepare billing based on customer jobs via the system module
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
  • Provide general logistics and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of freight and logistics operations and documentation
  • Mandatory TradeNet permit declaration certification with ability to handle import/export permits and customs clearance
    Familiarity with warehouse systems and client service procedures

Logistic Coordinator:

  • Support the Customer Service team and report to the Team Manager
  • Handle air and sea freight bookings and coordinate with carriers
  • Manage shipment-related communication with customers
  • Prepare and process sea freight documentation, including bookings and Bills of Lading
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of air and sea logistics is a plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
    Min 1–2 years' experience in freight or logistics preferred
