Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our preschool-aged children. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and desires to contribute positively to their early learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and outdoor activities
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
  • Be in-charge of children's toileting and diaper changing.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements:

  • Early childhood certification preffered
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
