Sales Associate – Luxury Jewelry Retail (Multiple Locations)Salary: From $2,500/month + Commission Locations: ION Orchard, Wisma Atria, VivoCity, Jem, Tampines Mall A prestigious international jewelry brand is expanding its team in Singapore and is looking for Sales Associates to join its boutiques across prime locations. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, offering product knowledge and after-sales support. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and clientele strategies. Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising standards, and stock accuracy. Support daily store operations including cashiering, inventory management, and reporting. Uphold brand image and provide a premium shopping experience. Requirements Proficiency in Chinese preferred (to liaise with client base). Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (jewelry retail advantageous). Passionate about sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
